T-SSA User Onboarding

SSA user onboarding is a critical process that ensures new users can smoothly integrate into the platform. It begins with registering an account, providing basic information like name and email, followed by receiving login credentials. There are three ways to onboard users in SSA:

  • Self Registration

  • Workspace Management

  • Non-Registered User
