Login Administrator

After system installation, configuration, and database setup are completed, the system needs to be initialized for the first time. The administrator should log in to ThrivoSign's Web Manager using the provided "Default" username and password. This step outlines how ThrivoSign is initiated for the first time after installation. The initial setup of ThrivoSign is in a delivery state. The administrator must log in to the system using the default username and password. Default login credentials may be different. Please contact the ThrivoSign support team if necessary. After successfully initializing the system, you can log in again to access the administrator page.

Create Trusted Certificates

  • CA certificates issuing client certificates for authentication to the platform

  • Configure Apache setting to allow client certificate authentication

When you deploy the platform for the first time, there are default Super Administrators registered

To use the first Super Administrators to create new Administrators with require the X.509 client certificate based authentication.
