ThrivoSign Remote Signing Solution Workflow Manager offers a streamlined and secure process for acquiring remote signatures on documents. The workflow begins with document preparation, which includes uploading the document, adding recipients, preparing signature fields, and processing and sharing the document. Once shared, designated signatories receive notifications to review and sign the document remotely. Each signer accesses the document through the platform, authenticates their identity, and applies their digital signature. After all signatories have signed, push notifications are sent to the user for final approval. Upon approval, the document is completed.
