Overview

Signing Server Application (SSA) or Workflow Manager is a standalone web application integrated with ThrivoSign's web services interface. This allows users to efficiently sign off documents for approval and seal documents in everyday business transactions. Without requiring in-depth knowledge of PKI, users can swiftly digitally sign documents using their respective digital certificates. In essence, this provides a convenient solution for achieving paperless business transactions, covering document approval workflows, multiple signers with different roles, and document status tracking.

SSA is a comprehensive digital signature solution, which can quickly optimize the way businesses deliver, review, approve and sign their business documents.

The workflow manager portal is where customers go to create and launch workflows with simple drag-and-drop functionality. ‍

When you first log into the portal, you’ll be taken to the “Dashboard” screen. Here you can see when the overall document status summary.

Using the workflow manager interface

1. Upload – The user logs into portal and uploads the document to be signed off.

2. Prepare – The user adds signer info, workflow type and data field and sends the document for sign-off once ready.

3. Review & Sign – User fill in the data field according to setting and once confirm sign the document.
